Join us on this transformative journey as we redefine the possibilities, working together to bring the wonders of science to those who need it most.Main responsibilities:Your goal in this internship is to drive improvements across Supply Chain, primarily focusing on ways to drive improvement in day-to-day operational performance. You will be responsible for the following aspects:Tracking and reporting the operational process performance, by periodically reviewing the deliverables achieved and provide actionable items for teams to work on.Develop, monitor and communicate reports on forecast accuracy to supply chain teams and supply risks.Supporting new initiatives/projects on behalf of Supply Chain on transversal continuous improvement initiatives. Building, tracking and follow-up on sustainable new processes to simplify and build best practices.Supporting on day-to-day operations for 3 Asian partner markets to coordinate across our global distribution centers for shipment of goods.Support any global/regional projects.Learning OutcomesGet an in-depth understanding of Supply Chain in International region, challenges, and opportunities.Understand complexities of the multiple markets and differences in operations.Blend technology with business application.Understand Supply Chain KPIs & it\xe2\x80\x99s impact to the business.About YouExperiences/Competencies RequiredEducation: Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in supply chain, Operations, Management, Business Admins, Engineering.No prior work experience is required.Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power point, Words is required.Knowledge of Power Bi, Qlik sense or any data analytics tool will be an added advantage.Proactive, Self-motivated and ability to work independently.Can work in multi-tasking environment.Can connect the dots and think strategically.Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.Willingness to develop and learn.Proficient in English, both verbal and written.Proficient in other foreign languages would be an added advantage.Effective communication at all levels.Pursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
