Luckin Coffee is a new leading retail coffee company. Pioneering new technology-driven retail model, Luckin Coffee aims to provide high quality coffee and products with great affordability, and convenience to our customers.

• Document Management Support: Product catalogue, supplier contracts and supplier database maintenance.
• Data Entry and Analysis: Maintain and update item master list; accurately input data into company systems; support the analysis of trade data to identify trends, risks, or compliance issues.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transportation arrangements; track shipment status to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
• Supplier/Customer Communication: Support daily communication with domestic and overseas suppliers; ensure timely and accurate information exchange and assist in resolving issues during transportation and delivery.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Assist in ensuring all import/export activities comply with local trade regulations; learn to identify and report potential compliance risks.
• Industry Knowledge Development: Learn the fundamentals of import/export operations under the guidance of experienced team members; participate in departmental training and meetings to enhance professional skills.
• Invoicing processing: Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy. Entering invoice data into the company's accounting system. Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments. Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues.
