We are looking for a candidate who will be supporting the Southeast Asia Pacific's Supply Chain team. This is a full time internship, that will last for 6 months between January to June 2026, based in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer and logistics inquiries via email, and chat.
Assist customers with order tracking, shipment status updates, and problem resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Support logistics operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.
Assist in developing and implementing customer service processes and procedures.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Highly adaptable individual with good time management, organization and creativity
Critical thinking, decision-making, and creative thinking
