Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Supply Chain Management Executive:Job Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily operations, system issues, and logistics challenges reported by regional sales branches.
• Measure and analyze supply chain performance indicators such as cost, service quality, and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop project proposals and lead initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of global supply chain projects across regional sales branches.
• Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance supply chain knowledge and motivate sales and logistics personnel.
• Research and integrate new operational strategies based on emerging technologies and global trade trends.
• Assist in executing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, including natural disasters and capacity constraints.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• Prior experience in supply chain management and operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment as both a team player and an independent contributor.
• Strong analytical skills with a logical and critical thinking approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in leading change and managing projects.
• Adaptability, a positive attitude, and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and change management.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
• Working Location: Yishun
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm
