Salary: $5, 000 - $8, 000
Working Days: 5 days , 8:30am - 5:15pm
Location: Boon Lay
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent.
- 8 Year and above experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Experienced in sourcing strategy development and execution, contract management and supplier performance management
- Experienced in change management projects with measurable, positive business
- Working knowledge on Planning / ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamic 365 etc
- Ensure cost-quality optimized goods and services procurement, on suitable terms for delivery, cost, payments and quality to meet company\'s project timescales and milestones.
- Ensure SCM flow accuracy to meet company\'s objective and customer delivery schedule
- Ensure compliance of shipping documents, e.g export letter of credit (LC) documentation, LC negotiation, certificate of origin and etc
- Ensure safety and accuracy of warehouse inventory and develop a strategy to manage slow-moving and obsolete stocks and non-moving stocks to meet company\'s objectives.
- Drive strategic initiatives and business process improvement relative to SCM Procurement, Logistic and Warehouse costs to support company\'s objective for margin improvement.
- Manage and conduct investigation on shipment / inventory damage claims on insurance issues.
