Implement new and improve supply chain processes in accordance with new or changing rules and importation laws in local.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders
Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective
Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational flow, identify potential problems and find solutions
Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers
Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors
Understanding of principles of accounting and finance
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a Supply Chain management is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
