About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Supply Chain Manager

to lead our Procurement and Inventory team in the APAC region. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance day-to-day operations with driving strategic improvements in procurement, inventory control, and logistics. You'll play a critical part in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction across our regional supply chain operations.


As part of our Global Supply Chain team, you will report to the Global Procurement Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, improve supplier performance, and support ongoing business needs.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop the APAC procurement and inventory team Oversee the full procurement cycle, including vendor management, purchasing, and compliance Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements while ensuring supplier performance Manage inventory control processes including physical counts, reconciliation, and RMA Process and track shipments, sales orders, and company tool inventory Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and estimators to source materials and pricing Ensure vendor compliance with ISO policies and documentation Support implementation of new ERP workflows and policies (SAP / NetSuite) Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/workshop environment

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in procurement, inventory, and supply chain management Proven leadership and people management skills Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory accounting principles SAP experience required; NetSuite experience preferred Knowledge of international incoterms/shipping a plus Experience in the security integration industry a plus
