Permanent opportunity to lead a team of professionals to develop & maintain SAP project in Supply Chain domain:
- Salary up to $8,000 + $410 allowance + AWS + VB
- Opportunity to work with an industry leader (US MNC)
- 5 days work week with hybrid working arrangement
- Working Location: Tuas West / Venture Drive (2 ways transport is provided from Jurong Bus interchange to Tuas West)
- Lead the team for development & maintenance of end-to-end business needs for Supply Chain domains (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality/Safety, Order Management, Logistic & Distribution, etc)
- Lead IT team through the application development life cycle while adhering to standard project management methodologies
- Lead efforts to deliver supply chain applications to the business community by leveraging resources, and third party relationships.
- Support and maintain the digital solutions through implementation of new system enhancements as well as identification and resolution of production issues.
- Identify areas for business process improvement and establish effective and efficient system processes to support operations.
- Effectively collaborate with other teams to document requirements for new functionality as required in support of the project, which may include application configuration, enhancements and testing.
- Involve development and execution of the IT Strategic Plan, which aligns IT initiatives with business goals and strategies.
- Perform departmental budget preparation and assume responsibility for managing team specific items.
- Prepare written documentation such as process flowcharts and narratives that define systems, problems, and solutions designed to enhance or resolve business situations
- min. Bachelor in Management Information Systems / Computer Science / any relevant discipline
- min. 2 full life cycles of SAP project implementations in SAP Production Planning (PP) with strong manufacturing experiences
- Strong experience in SAP project management capacity, coordinating SAP projects / resources, establishing priorities & mentor team members
