Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee procurement, vendor management and contract negotiations.
Manage logistics, warehousing, inventory control and delivery systems.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and initiate improvements.
Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer needs while minimizing excess stock.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, production and finance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and company standards.
Handle other duties or special assignments as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, a Master's degree is often preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience, with some senior roles requiring at least 7-10 years and regional leadership exposure.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
* Proficient in SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.
