Job Description

• 5 Day (Mon - Fri): 8am-5.30pm
• Salary: $2700 to $3500
• Location: Sembawang (transport provided at several mrt)

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification. entry level are also welcome to apply, but 2 years\' experience in the manufacturing industry can be beneficial.
• Knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 preferred.
• Knowledge in implementing Supply Chain Management practices, inventory control and distribution management.
• Experience in using ERP software especially Lawson\'s Movex and implementation of kaizen/continuous improvement will be added advantage.

Job scope

• Procurement of office supplies and pantry supplies.
• Assist in Material Requirement Planning (MRP), monitoring delivery schedule and inventory control of VMI items in a Pull/JIT Production environment.
• Liaise with Marketing and Sales Department on shipping documentation, scheduling and booking local transportation and outbound sea/air freight.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve product quality and customer complaint issues.
• Participate in Kaizen/continuous improvement projects.
