Job Responsibilities:

Procure materials by identifying and ordering the proper quantity
Access current orders and forecast future demands to provide adequate supplies
Run customer backorder in the SAP and generate Purchase Order to supplier
Run safety stock level report and generate Purchase Order to supplier
Negotiate pricing and shipment terms and partner with Customer Service team overseeing the timely delivery to fulfill customer orders.
Ensure timely update of purchasing information
Implement Group Inventory and stock policy
Create new item in SAP
Liaise with customer service, Distribution Manager to develop effective inventory / shipping method
Maintain adequate inventory, scheduling and receiving shipments
File records and maintain files to ensure efficient retrieval of information
Expedite outstanding and delayed shipment or de-expedite pull out request
Liaise with 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) on shipment or logistic matter
Ensure import shipment has valid permit or airway bill and update import declaration file for audit purpose
Any other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager
