Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes.
Record shipment data, charges, efficiency, and lost opportunities for reporting and record keeping purposes in excel.
Check orders for data quality and completeness.
Schedule orders against outstanding purchase orders.
Ensure right usage of criticality codes of transportation.
Liaise with logistic contractors to ensure proper planning.
Monitor order fulfilment.
Verifying monthly expenses claim from logistic contractor.
Communicate with sales and customers to inform delivery times
Assist all warehouses with inventory or process issues
Incorporate any product phase out plans and/or new product introductions within the inventory planning parameters to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
General administration filing, queries, claims, checking costs in accordance with departmental requirements.
Pre-requisite
Diploma in Logistic Management or equivalent.
2 to 3 years working experience in similar capacity
Positive, independent and driven individual.
Knowledge in FMCG, fast paced environment
Willingness to work beyond working hours.
Ideally stay in North of Singapore.
