Supply Chain Planner, Singapore, Hybrid

What is the job about?

You will join Singapore Supply Chain Team, here, you will work alongside with operationally experienced colleagues in Order Execution and distribution teams. And Issue purchase order promptly and coordinate with internal and external parties on issues concerning purchasing, delivery and quality

Your main responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders promptly and handle enquiries relating to lead time, delivery, etc.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are confirmed promptly according to group\'s established lead-time and shipments are arranged by suppliers on time and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to address issues which might impact delivery to customers
• Optimize product availability and delivery to customers according to agreed performance and stock target
• Perform necessary actions relating to inventory slow movers, stock obsolesce, product return, product recall or quality issues
• Resolve Supplier\'s Invoice discrepancy and perform any other adhoc tasks being assigned
• Monitor and follow up on inbound shipment to ensure on time delivery to customers
• Coordinate with 3PL (Third-Party logistics) to address any exceptions or inbound damage which might impact on time delivery to customers

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

• You have a good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
• You are an Excel super user and with SAP experience
• You speak and write English fluently
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain with about 1 to 2 years working experience in production/material planning or manufacturing environment
• Ability to show initiative and work in teams in daily execution of job responsibilities;
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Customer oriented and acition oriented mindset
