We are looking for an intern to join us from December 2022/January 2023 onwards, for a 6-7 months commitment. Please indicate your availability, i.e duration and full-time/part-time in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

The successful candidate will join the Process Automation, Project Procurement team to assist in the international procurement of equipment and services according to the established policies of the company. You will work with multiple stakeholders to improve the current procurement processes, explore the possibilities for improvement, and propose the best methodology and digital transformation.

What will you do?

• 
  To analyse and provide competitive pricing on resale for all future bid to win per product, project size, resale spend and project type of industrial segment
• 
  Creation and management of a Data Enrichment process
• 
  Responsible for building scalable and sustainable processes in advanced analytics and machine learning
• 
  Creation of Data Quality improvement and Data Discovery dashboards
• 
  Work with the procurement team to identify new opportunities and needs
• 
  Develop training documentation and deliver training to users on systems developed

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s in Operations/Supply Chain Management related or Engineering courses similar
• 
  Proficiency with using Tableau/Power BI is required
• 
  Proficiency with using Java/Python/SQL will be an added advantage
• 
  Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Good communication skills to be able to work with multiple regions
• 
  Strong project management skills to manage the effective implementation
