-The Opportunity:Adecco is collaborating with a major provider of equipment for making semiconductors and electronic devices. It designs and builds machines that help in packaging and assembling these components. Serving customers worldwide, it plays a key role in improving how semiconductors are made, with its technology being used in industries like automotive, consumer electronics, and data storage.As a Supply Chain Project Specialist, you need to implement an ERP tool, drive supply chain digitalization, recommend process changes, and foster data-driven decisions while building relationships across teams and suppliers.

• Work location: Serangoon
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid)
• Salary: up to $6,500 + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Drive digitalization initiatives and lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP tool across the supply chain.
• Oversee change management processes, ensuring alignment with the new ERP system and improved operational efficiency.
• Analyze and organize data to uncover actionable insights, leveraging statistical tools and, ideally, Python skills.
• Prepare and present data-driven reports to executive leadership, focusing on trends and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, consultants, and supply chain stakeholders, to deliver successful outcomes.
• Maintain structured project documentation and ensure continuous process improvement post-ERP go-live, emphasizing automation and efficiency.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Computer Science with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in supply chain operations and IT systems functionality; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work collaboratively in a global setting.
