Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for shipping operations activities for the company
- Prepare full sets of shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Shipping Certificate, Packing List, Any type of Certificate of Origin, Insurance application and etc.
- Prepare Letter of Credit (L/C) and negotiate L/C terms with banks
- Verification of shipping documents and ensure on time submission
- Resolve customer\'s shipping issues including claim management
- Work closely with freight forwarder to monitor inbound & outbound flow of inventories
- Track of outgoing/ incoming shipment delivery status
- Responsible for billing invoices from all vendors and send to finance to process payment
- Ad hoc duties as assigned\xef\xbb\xbf
Requirement
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of logistics/ shipping operations experience with L/C experience
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
