Job Description

• Position : Supply Chain/ Procurement Manager
• Location : Bukit Batok
• Working hours : 5 Days/ (Mon- Fri, 8:30am-6:00pm)
• Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $6700 + AWS + Bonus + 14 AL+ Wellness benefit : Extra 2 days AL & $200 incentives if eligible.
• Duration : Perm

\xe2\x80\x8bMain Responsibilities

• Leads the logistics and purchasing team to ensure optimal supply chain activities
• Ability to develop plans and forecast distribution of products and spares based on demand and supply
• Managing inventory to ensure availability and minimize excess inventory
• Logistics management to ensure effective inbound and outbound tracking and identification of goods movement
• Procurement to ensure proper management and qualification process of vendors, including annual evaluation and conduct supplier audit (if necessary)
• Risk analysis on identification of potential risks in supply chain and to develop contingency plans to resolve issues with shippers, or vendors
• Identify areas of continuous improvement in supply chain and be able to implement suitable strategies to enhance efficiency and cost reduction
• Establish and maintain all policies, standards, and procedures for logistics management, purchasing and inventory control are in compliance with company\'s QMS, OHS regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management / Operations
• Management or relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain with at least 2 years of experience in leading a team.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, operations management
• Possess leadership qualities and be able to communicate in verbal and writing effectively
• Good knowledge in Letter of credit
• Strong knowledge in SAP
