Job Profile Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager Refining Supply and Optimisation, the Supply Coordinator is responsible for satisfying & optimising product & blendstock import / export requirements & delivering Interface financial performance through related supply & trading activities. This role maintains strong links with the ANZ Supply team and the Trading & Shipping (T&S) Global Oil Eastern Hemisphere organisation.

Responsibilities

• Set and agree the supply & trading strategy for the Customer & Product (C&P) Midstream assets for product & blendstocks, leading co-ordination with the ANZ Supply teams and Traders.
• Lead the T&S-ANZ interface between the assets and product trading teams, ensuring the smooth running of the T&S- ANZ commercial processes and delivery of daily decisions to deliver value for ANZ.
• Responsible for the financial performance associated with supply and trading activities related to product & blendstock management within and for ANZ midstream businesses
• Work across the T&S/C&P interface to ensure security of supply for ANZ assets
• Identify, develop & carry out supply and optimisation strategies and activities for C&P assets to maximise midstream business value, including product & blendstock import s/ exports, logistics &inventory optimisation, hedging strategies etc., with recommend rights on all related decisions made by Supply & Trading for the ANZ Midstream business.
• Identify, develop & execute trading and optionality strategies and value-generating initiatives relating to trading activities in service of, and enabled by the C&P Midstream assets and integrated business.

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• University degree or diploma holder preferred and/ or a consistent track record of high performance and contribution in a Trading, Refining or Supply Optimisation environment.
• Successful delivery performance record in operations, multi-country &/or complex business teams, including track record of delivering improved margin & increased business profitability through part of the value chain.
• Complex relationship management experience.
