As a member of our family-owned business, you are responsible in achieving the supply chain objectives in terms of delivery, performance, quality and cost control, ensuring that Retail and Distribution doors within the Region are supported efficiently and effectively. As a Supply Planner, you will:

effectively manage the inventory of the categories through analyzing forecasts, active replenishment types, past sales trend and current stock holding. analyze the Key Performance Indicators for supply chain, and identify potential risks and growth by reviewing monthly sales performance within the assortment articles to ensure appropriate actions are implemented while taking into consideration the risks and impact to the business. collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve planned results while being reliable and innovative in performing and delivering daily tasks. work closely with line manager to develop inventory strategies to improve internal processes such as forecasting, reporting and analysis, to further manage stock control, inventory, cost and resource allocation. update Vendor Replenishment Review on a monthly basis and highlight any potential risk and opportunities, raise purchase orders based on analysis and liaise with vendors on all order and delivery related tasks. assist with any other assigned projects and process improvement tasks, as required.
What you should bring along

a Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is preferred, with a practical experience of at least three years within a Retail or FMCG industry. proficient in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams. has strong communication and analytical skills. an organised and structured approach and has keen attention to details. a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
