Description
- Compile customers\' forecast and upload into SAP MRP system.
- Load customer\'s SO into SAP MRP system.
- Develop materials plan to fulfill customers\' orders.
- Monitor and expedite delivery of ingredients to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted supply with regards to production need.
- Ensure production builds as per schedule.
- Identify and manage near-expiry raw ingredients and packaging materials.
- Manage & control inventory level to meet organization goals.
- Responsible and measure forecast accuracy with assigned customers.
- Attend to customers\' enquiries/feedback with appropriate resolutions.
- Compile monthly report.
- Administer document control for audit trail.
- Participate in stock count.
- Support initiatives on lean operation planning project.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in supply management, preferably specialize in Material Supply Planning field
- Familiarize and competent in supply chain operations
- Able to mulit-task with sense of urgency
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in fast paced environment
