About the Role:

The role is responsible for supply planning activities management across Ferrero Asia Pacific region, delivering the high standard solutions together with ongoing process improvements on strategic and operational levels. It is aimed to ensure cross-functional and cross-company collaboration, and integrate the business requirements and priorities together with central planning and regional supply chain focus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply planning cycle in alignment with business and production through the S&OP process
  • Develop and manage short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for the product, in line with Ferrero strategy and standards
  • Manage the monthly supply review process together with the central planning and plants to maintain supply in line with agreed service levels and inventory targets
  • Work across the team and with demand planning to support sales and marketing teams, based on manufacturing capacity
  • Facilitate the weekly consensus process, ensuring all stakeholders are updated and informed
  • Partner with all stakeholders to drive and continuously enhance standard processes to assure that product promotions, marketing plans, new product launches, seasonal timings and product phase-out plans for all product lines are managed
  • Maintain master data and manage the integrity of system data and information for supply planning
  • Deliver monthly/weekly metrics reporting stock levels and projection supporting the S&OP process, ensuring management of the stock target levels to achieve freshness objectives
  • Use and manage supply planning systems and software to plan productions and monitor stock projections
  • Drive process design, tools/templates, systems, deliverables, KPIs, success metrics and change management as it relates to supply planning
  • Increase the awareness of the other functions on the supply process and engage them in the ongoing process as appropriate while maintaining process discipline, rigor, and compliance
  • Coordinate the processes with relevant stakeholders to ensure the product is delivered on time and in compliance with Ferrero quality requirements
  • Ensure strong team management and team members professional development
Who we are looking for:
  • University degree in the supply chain related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in supply planning roles with a strong focus on the Asia Pacific markets and regional structure management
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end supply chain for FMCG and core methodologies
  • Ability to clearly link business and overall supply chain strategy and deliver high level results
  • Excellent stakeholder management, proven leadership and problem solving ability, high level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity in identifying the areas of improvement and openness for managing the change
  • Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail, while handle competing priorities
  • Advanced people management skills, with a strong focus on development of individuals to achieve their full potential
  • Strong knowledge of SAP APO, import/export Trade Management and EDI, MS Office
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
