Job Description




  • Providing frontline customer service and handle counter registrations, scheduling appointments
  • Collection of payments and basic admin duties
  • Liaise with patients and family members and educate on medical follow up appointments
  • Assist doctor in consultation rooms
  • Ad-hoc duties

Requirements
  • Outgoing personality and good interpersonal skill
  • Able to multi-task as well as work independently and under pressure
