Support Engineer –

Job Description


  • Install, configure and maintain computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices
  • Perform IT asset lifecycle management including tech refresh, preventive maintenance and software license monitoring
  • Responsible for procurement of IT equipment, software and related products
  • Manage IT vendors and service contracts
  • Provide assistance in implementation of new end-user computing technologies
  • Any other IT duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Min Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-user community is advantageous
  • Experience in troubleshooting IT issues at L1/L2 support levels
  • Team player, able to work well with other members
