Install, configure and maintain computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices
Perform IT asset lifecycle management including tech refresh, preventive maintenance and software license monitoring
Responsible for procurement of IT equipment, software and related products
Manage IT vendors and service contracts
Provide assistance in implementation of new end-user computing technologies
Any other IT duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-user community is advantageous
Experience in troubleshooting IT issues at L1/L2 support levels
Team player, able to work well with other members
