Job description for Support Helpdesk Administrator
The job holder will provide administrative and operational support to the Strategic Engagement Division of Elections Department, i.e. responding to queries received from internal and/or external stakeholders and handling of helpdesk services.
The job holder needs to have analytical skills to understand queries received through various service touchpoints and provide appropriate advice in accordance with existing guidelines and have strong writing skills to be able to craft professional replies to members of public and party candidates.
