Job Description

Job Scope:

\xc2\xb7 Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the students\xe2\x80\x99 discipline, on a daily basis

\xc2\xb7 Assist the Discipline team to conduct house visits with school personnel and make follow-up calls to parents.

\xc2\xb7 Assist Operations Manager in manning and taking charge of the activities in the in-house detention centre, on a daily basis

\xc2\xb7 Patrol the school premises to ensure orderliness, on a daily basis

\xc2\xb7 Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk

\xc2\xb7 Conduct investigations as part of case management and submit report

\xc2\xb7 Conduct spot-checks on students\xe2\x80\x99 general neatness in appearance like attire and hair

\xc2\xb7 Assist the Discipline team in maintaining student discipline during school functions and activities (eg. Speech Day, Sport Canival, Level Camps), whenever necessary

\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Authority

Qualifications and Experience:

• Preferably 4 years of school experience in related areas
• Preferably with prior experience in managing discipline of Secondary students
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work well with staff and teachers on student matters
• The contract staff must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Location: Yishun

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break

• Fridays: 7am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Salary: $1700 - $1800
