Support School Operations
Contract Period: 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026
Work Location: 501 Ang Mo Kio Street 13, Singapore 569405
Working Hours:
The personnel will be required to work during the following hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of a 0.5-hour lunch break)
Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (inclusive of a 0.5-hour lunch break)
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services:
The personnel will support daily school operations and report directly to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.
Conducting checks on teaching and learning facilities, including restrooms.
Identifying and reporting any unserviceable equipment or fixtures.
Accompanying MOE-appointed contractors (e.g., pest control, electricians, plumbers) for inspections and repair works.
Providing feedback on the performance and quality of work by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
Assisting with logistics support for school events and functions.
Performing traffic warden duties during school hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate should have the following:
Ability to understand and follow simple English instructions.
Physically fit, strong, and in good health.
No prior experience is required--on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided.
