We are seeking a motivated and professional Survey Consultant to lead a critical data collection project. This role is central to a high-level business survey targeting senior executives across 15 key industries in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

As a Survey Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for high-level respondents, ensuring the successful completion of this confidential survey. Your core duties will include:


Building and managing strategic relationships with C-suite and senior management respondents. Facilitating confidential and high-level surveys, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all participants. Developing and executing tailored engagement strategies to secure participation through a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, and in-person engagements). Conducting end-to-end data collection, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and comprehensiveness. Performing regular data validation checks and providing timely progress reports to management and stakeholders. Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), primarily focused on achieving the target of

Who We Are Looking For

Proven experience in a client-facing, business development, or executive support role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior professionals. A highly proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop customised outreach plans. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Resilience and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in market research, survey management, or B2B project management is a strong advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Forms and Excel for reporting).
