Job Description

1. At least Diploma qualification preferred.


2. Relevant experience in managing a team.


3. Relevant experience in survey operations and/or customer service role. Call centre experience is preferred.


4. Those without the relevant qualifications but have working experience will also be considered.


5. Competency in administrative skills.


Able to work outside usual office hours, including on weekends and public holidays.
