Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct through visual inspections of shipping containers (dry cargo, reefer, tank containers) Assess the structural integrity and overall condition of the container Identify and document on any existing damage, wear and tear Verify the presence and proper placement of all required markings and certifications Prepare detailed reports outlining the container's condition, including photos of any damage and upload to the system Classify the container's suitability for specific cargo based on its condition Recommend repairs or actions needed to address any deficiencies Maintain accurate records of all inspections and industry standards for container safety Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

Experience in surveying containers Fresh NITEC / relevant WSQ recognized certificate or Secondary school education

Other Information

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm; Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm Working Location: 1 Buroh Crescent Company Transport provided at Jurong East Dental, Medical and Insurance * Lunch subsidies
