As a tech company building a SaaS decarbonisation platform, Terrascope\'s Sustainability team provides specialised climate change knowledge and expertise across two functions:

• Decarbonisation specialists to provide corporate decarbonisation advice, from emissions measurement to data driven GHG reduction strategies and actions.
• Climate Regulations and Reporting specialists to provide advice on the emerging climate disclosure rules and reporting requirements globally.

Our experts support key teams and functions within Terrascope in order to build a world class decarbonisation product - in particular the Commercial, Product, Data Science, Implementation and R&D, and Design teams.

In this role you will:

We are seeking a Communications Intern to support the Sustainability team in maximising the impact of our communications and outreach. Our sustainability communications objectives and key results:

• Host 5 \xe2\x80\x9cTerrascope Climate Cafe\xe2\x80\x9d events in 2023 (watch the first Climate Cafe

) * Develop and communicate Terrascope\'s sustainability plan

• 100% of staff are knowledgable about our sustainability plan

As a Communications Intern, you will assist with developing and executing communication plans, creating content for various channels, and coordinating events.

• Attend and take notes at internal and external meetings
• Develop content for internal and external sustainability communications, including meeting summaries, and social media/blog posts and updates
• Assist with planning and executing the "Terrascope Climate Cafe" events
• Ad hoc research on climate change visuals and effectively communicating data
• Provide general support to the Sustainability team as needed

You should have:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in sustainability, communications, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion about addressing climate change
