Job Description
Created by founder-owner Christina Ong and headquartered in Singapore, the COMO Group represents an integrated approach to living well, grounded in a celebration of creativity, respect for authenticity, and committed service. The Group\xe2\x80\x99s businesses can be found in 15 countries and extend across hospitality, fashion, wellness, organic living and gourmet foods and dining.This role is responsible for supporting the sustainability strategy for COMO Lifestyle, the business arm for our F&B presence in Singapore. He/she will support in developing sustainability initiatives and track key performance indicators to achieve businesses\xe2\x80\x99 set goals.Responsibilities:
- Collection and recording of data from various sources
- Content creation which can include short videos
- Documentation and reporting
- Support in the organisation and training to front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Research and share trends and best practices in the industry
- Passionate about sustainability. Candidate to demonstrate this through courses attended, interest groups or work experience
- Resourceful, adaptable and creative
- Keen learner who takes initiative and can work independently
- Enjoys meeting people and ability to engage in conversations
- Ability to use Microsoft tools (excel, word, powerpoint)
