Responsibilities
- Lead sustainability efforts for eco-friendly building practices, focusing on decarbonization and resource efficiency.
- Develop and execute sustainability strategies, plans, and performance goals.
- Stay updated on ESG/sustainability regulations and integrate them into our plans and operations.
- Conduct green building analysis, energy modeling, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement programs to reduce waste, including recycling, composting, and green purchasing.
- Participate in assigned projects.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Sustainability/Environmental Engineering/built environment discipline.
- Minimum 12 years\' sustainability experience in facilities/building management.
- Familiarity with sustainable building upgrades and energy-saving.
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders and vendors.
