We are currently representing a dynamic and innovative real estate operator which is actively managing a diverse portfolio of mixed development projects. With a proven track record of successful projects, the team is expanding and is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Manager to enhance sustainability standards for client properties and its own organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance sustainability standards for client properties and organization
- Focus on improving energy performance
- Implement energy management system and related initiatives (e.g., optimization, audit, project management)\\
- Review and enhance operations, processes, and systems for sustainability
- Establish, track, and monitor sustainability targets
- Propose and implement initiatives to meet targets and enhance standards
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to improve sustainability awareness and standards
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for sustainability reporting
- Stay updated on industry sustainability developments and technologies
- Undertake any other assigned duties
- Provides technical expertise for external consultancy services in sustainability
- Improves energy performance of managed developments

Key Requirements:
- 8 years\' experience in energy-related services (optimization, audit, project management)
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Certification in EEOA, BCA Energy Auditor, or SCEM
- Strong knowledge of industry energy standards
- Independent with strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and planning skills
- Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for details, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks
- Proactive, resourceful, assertive, and delivers high-quality work
- Passionate about sustainability and improving building energy performance
- Positive mindset, self-driven, desire for knowledge and learning, with a can-do attitude
