We are currently seeking a Sustainability Solutions Director to support our end-to-end sustainability solutions and related revenue growth for the business across Asia, with a focus on Hong Kong, Singapore, China and South East Asia. Your interest in sustainability in the built environment will be evident in your commitment to shape the future of real estate for a better world.

You will be directly responsible for supporting the growth of our Sustainability Services division through client interactions, solutioning of our sustainability capabilities for client proposals and submissions, supporting our teams with presales SME advice, strategic business development and commercial activities, internal and external thought leadership discussions, and contributing to annual financial and business targets.

You will be fully immersed in our team of experts delivering ESG and Sustainability Services for Fortune 500 clients around the globe to ensure you know how we respond to our clients holistic needs and to equip you with expert support at every step of our process. The successful candidate will be accountable, collaborative, and enthusiastic self-starter that proactively anticipates needs leveraging market trends, JLL research, and involvement from other teams.

What this job involves:

• Be a sustainability expert - Provide subject matter expertise for all client sustainability needs, demonstrate a practical understanding of emerging trends for both occupiers and investors, including evolving focus areas such as net zero, ESG disclosures and strategy development. Participate in industry forums as a thought leader and expert.
• Shape sustainability solutions - Use feedback from client and business line engagement to identify and right-size new sustainability solutions, collaborating with other JLL divisions and third-party specialists as required
• Support the Sales Process - Proactively pursue growth opportunities with JLL teams. Enable and collaborate with sales teams across the sales cycle provisioning capability, content, and proposal documentation to accelerate lead qualification and conversion.
• Maintain optimal client relationships - Lead and manage client initiatives to secure, strengthen, develop, and enhance client relationships
• Speak on behalf of our teams top talent - Ensure differentiation of our solutions to attract and retain key clients, position the business favourably against industry competitors to drive strong brand awareness and value proposition in the market
• Share expertise - Serve as a recognizable industry resource, become an active member of regional and national sustainability communities, participate in relevant organization initiatives serving as a valuable contributor and ambassador for the division
• Grow the business - Develop growth strategies and process improvement opportunities through intentional collaboration with business stakeholders. Identify key sub-markets, industries, prospects and opportunities to achieve annual growth targets. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and drive awareness and uptake internally and externally on Sustainability Services strategies, plans, campaigns, and product launches.
• Be a team player - Interface, collaborate, and support the division and wider firm to create winning product & service strategies that deliver high value customer outcomes, strong customer satisfaction, repeat business, and strong financial results.
• Embodying JLL ethics - Understand the organizations behavioural, moral, ethical and compliance standards and requirements, adhere to and demonstrate highest regard in all situations when interacting with customers, clients, and colleagues. Sound like you? Here are the skills we are looking for:

• 10+ years of progressive business development and/or consulting experience in Sustainability or ESG.
• Ability to excel in a highly matrixed corporate environment and manage multiple stakeholder environments successfully.
• Bachelors degree preferred in an engineering or business-related field of study, or equivalent work experience
• Travel may be required based on business needs
