You will:

• Design the NO WASTE strategy and roadmap to reach Zero WASTE by 2030.
  • Frame an ambitious No Waste roadmap for SAPMENA based on complete root cause analysis.
  • Address main challenges & opportunities on all Group levers. Assess internal and external conditions of success.
  • Play an active role in continuous improvement within the No Waste model according to market evolutions and Group priorities.
  • Know and follow up on the Zone landscape (legislation, consumer trends, innovations, potential clients and new channels) to advise on relevant opportunities.
  • Work closely with Divisions and Countries and the Global Corporate Responsibility Team.
  • Orchestrate Zone roadmap and support countries in activation excellence.
    • Set the 3-year Business Case and milestones:
      • Influence the Slobs & Returns via clear clustorization of levers, warehouse & PNL.
      • Build accretive Model capable to fuel sustainable processes.
    
    PREVENTION In link with the entire value chain make sure the prevention of destruction is embedded in the strategy on:
    • • Catalogue Management
      • Stock management
      • Forecast accuracy
      • Return management
      • Commercial agreements
    REMONETIZATION
    • • Manage Remonetization Channels
      • Set guidelines & financial model for countries
      • Coordinate, monitor and report on Zone performance. Set clear milestones. Monitor progress.
      • Manage direct zone team & coordinate with country leaders
    • Lead the transformation in terms of governance and processes.
      • Support countries on organization, processes, tools, norms in collaboration with HR:
        • Recommend the relevant No Waste structure for each country
        • Build/Implement the RACIS, s, On boarding & upskilling program in collaboration with HR
        • Contribute to evolutions of L’Oréal norms in order to achieve zero waste with relevant stakeholders. Ensure proper application of Norms in the countries
        • Recommend & Plan relevant IT development in order to get robust & automatized systems and accurate data availability
      • Engage and upskill the organization
        • Support the excellence in operational run by creating rules & how to’s and continuously upskill the No Waste ecosystem with the help of HR.
        • Engage the wider community to embrace a No Waste mindset driving change in the way we do business.

• A background in Commercial/Retail/Ops; RGM experience is a plus
