Analyzes tool output data and problemsolve directly with customers\xe2\x80\x99 on-site engineers. Participates in projects to manage costs, improves equipment uptime anddrives continuous improvement.Process Support EngineerDrives the adoption of new process technologies at the customer sites. Works closely with customer to optimize toolperformance to meet customer process and integration requirements through design of experiments. Obtains tool performanceinformation and process trends by analysis of data through software applications. Provides highly visible customer supportthrough the performance of on-site installation, overseeing necessary diagnoses, solving complex technical issues and drivingcontinuous improvement projects.Process Engineer (R&D)Works closely with customers to identify and provide solutions to high value complex technical problems and providessolutions. Compiles and performs analysis of data to assist in driving process improvement and engineering projects.Troubleshoots problems, performs Root Cause Analysis and resolves process engineering issues.Manufacturing EngineerDevelops, implements and maintains methods, operation processes in the manufacturing or fabrication of parts, components,sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with other engineering functions in coordinating the release of new products.Launches, releases, approves and implements engineering change orders to support design engineering for new and existingproducts.ProcurementReviews cost of materials, participates in contract negotiations and oversees purchases of materials and supplies. Developsgood relationships with suppliers and evaluates supplier quality against performance benchmarks to ensure supplier qualityand continuous improvement. Works with team members to gather and analyze market intelligence to develop strategicsourcing strategies.Supply Chain PlannerEnsures materials are provided on-time to the Manufacturing and Engineering teams by optimizing inventory control andmanagement systems. Analyzes usage data trends to optimize inventory control and management to ensure parts availabilityand optimal stock levels.
