Job's Responsibilities Evaluate current strategies, develop and lead implementation of strategic initiatives to drive bancassurance business in six markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Taiwan, India) Support insurance partnership & distribution strategy assessment Support implementation of digital strategy for bancassurance in the above-mentioned markets Act as PMO for strategy & key deliverables including work plans, assessments and other related tasks Develop and present comprehensive presentation material for senior management Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and obtain support from multiple stakeholders and strategic insurance partners Identify problems and assess opportunities, provide solutions to achieve business goals Conduct market analyses for insights and trends Assist in user testing, develop test cases for various scenarios and computation of digital solution and journey initiatives Other Ad hoc strategic initiatives Requirements Diploma/Masters degree in Business/ Computer Science/Statistics/Finance or equivalentwith 5 to 10 years of experience in or supporting financial services Experience with strategy, change management, project management, planning and business analytics in banking/insurance industry preferred Insurance product knowledge especially High-Net-Worth is a plus Core competencies Have a get things done' mentality a self-starter who can dissect problem, identify solutions, and drive solutions to completion Adaptable, analytical thinker who can work both strategically as well as in a hands-on/executional capacity Impeccable communication skills (written & verbal) including strong presentation skills Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills - demonstrating clarity of thought and ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle competing priorities Good banking product and system knowledge will be a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Technical competencies Project management designation a plus Advanced proficiency in Powerpoint, Word and Excel Experienced in Agile or Scrum methodology in project management Certified Scum Master or an equivalent qualification will be advantageous Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
