Position: Senior VP, Business Analyst (Payments)Our Client is a leading financial institution, currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst in the Payment Domains to join their team. This role will involve managing a team of business analysts and testers across various payment domains as well as strategic managementResponsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of business analysts and testers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
• Oversee and coordinate activities across different payment domains, including Cash & Channels, Payments, Trade & Loans, Global Markets, and Asset Management.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Conduct detailed business analysis, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve payment processes, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform future payment solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments domain, with a proven track record of managing teams.
• Strong understanding of various payment systems, process, and regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Proficient in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in leading and managing a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the payments sector.
