Job description
Our client is the largest foreign retail bank in Singapore with a strong global presence. They are looking to hire a Senior Vice President to head the Retail Analytics department. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work closely with the Heads of Personal Loans, Mortgage, Insurance and Cards to provide data-driven actionable insights
- Lead a team of onshore Data specialists, offshore Data team and external vendors
- Head the Retail Analytics team to translate complex data information into business insights for Product Leads across the bank
- Understand the Data infrastructure and data ingestion process to guide, mentor and hire for your department
- Master\'s or Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent with at 10 years of Retail or Banking Analytics experience
- Proficient in C-suite management reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills, experience presenting and getting buy-in from department heads and C-level executives
- Ability to translate complicated data information into actionable insights for front office and business users
- Strong initiative and highly agile in championing data-driven innovations
