Develop and execute sales & trading strategies to maximize reach to our clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work on the development of new products, and prioritizing key workstreams in order to fuel business growth for the Global Markets & Treasury Department in the region.
Lead the risk and governance function for the region to manage and mitigate risk across the sales & trading business.
Oversee the client onboarding process, to ensure efficient and effective onboarding of new clients.
Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure alignment and integration of strategies and processes.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in sales & trading strategy, risk governance, and/or client onboarding.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales & trading strategies.
Strong understanding of risk governance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Proficiency in Japanese language is advantages as this role requires for regular communication with the head office in Japan.
Knowledge of legal documentation necessary for financial products.
