We are seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to join a high-impact leadership team within a major financial institution. This is a senior individual contributor role, offering exposure to board-level initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving corporate strategy, overseeing critical initiatives, and supporting regulatory dialogue at the highest level. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional who can balance big-picture thinking with operational precision.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of business strategies in alignment with broader organisational objectives. Lead and manage enterprise-level projects from concept to implementation, ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely delivery. Serve as a strategic advisor on regulatory engagement matters, working closely with internal compliance and legal teams. Identify market opportunities, assess industry developments, and provide insights to guide strategic direction. Collaborate with internal teams across product, technology, operations, and governance functions to ensure seamless project execution. Act as a central coordination point for executive-level initiatives, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders. Engage with external market participants and industry partners to support business development efforts and gather market intelligence.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years' experience in capital markets, with proven exposure to Singapore's financial services sector and regulatory environment. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and experience working with regulatory authorities. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in large, matrixed environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; confident working with senior leadership. Self-driven and detail-oriented, with strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
