Job Description

Our client, a leading Asset Manager, is looking to hire a tax professional at the SVP level. In this role, you will be responsible for tax advisory across deals structuring, viability of new investments, risks and international tax. You will work closely with investment teams and provide tax advisory across different business units, with a focus on private markets. This role will have key focus on M&A deals and requires someone with in-dept knowledge and experience across this space.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of tax experience - with a focus in private markets
• Experience in M&A and international tax
• Excellent communication skills
