We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an SVP, Transformation, Health Claims.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Key role to help manage claims costs across Shield, Individual & Group Business
  • Key tasks will include, but are not limited to, identifying efficient solutions to enhance health risks systems, processes and controls to minimize Fraud, waste and abuse and breaches and deliver significant improvements in our customer and intermediary experiences
  • This role requires a unique combination of skills and experience, including deep health product, sales & marketing, risk management, digital asset and market knowledge, operational and business process improvements and agile delivery methodologies. The role will play a pivotal role as a bridge between our business, claims, vendor, technology and delivery teams to fast track the pace at which we can reach our target state health solutions with greater control and risk management
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent industry qualifications with 10 years working experiences in sales/ distribution/ claims & transformation for Health business with a strong end to end understanding of the customer journey
  • Possess M9, M5 & Health Insurance qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance landscape
