Job Responsibilities
Develop, design, implement, and manage the client value proposition and client lifecycle strategy for the Private Bank segment.
Drive initiatives to enhance the client journey across onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit stages.
Define client engagement standards and collaborate with Market Heads and Relationship Managers to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
Monitor and analyse competitor value propositions, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
Identify gaps and opportunities within the client portfolio by leveraging data and advanced analytics, including co-designing predictive models and dynamic segmentation strategies.
Co-create client campaigns and targeting strategies to deepen relationships and optimise portfolio performance.
Define and track portfolio KPIs, generate insights, and translate them into targeted strategies for personalised client engagement.
