Duties and Responsibilities: IGF is seeking a SVP or VP of Portfolio Management to work directly with the Chief Investment Officeer across the range of
IIX\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio mamangement activities. The candidate will, under the guidance of the CIO, be responsible for implementing
the investment strategies of IIX\xe2\x80\x99s various portfolios. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of IIX\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio
management activities, including fundraising, pipeline development and deal sourcing in target markets, structuring
investment financing and actively monitoring investments from funding through to exit.

The main responsibilities of the candidate will include the following: 1. Periodically refining and implementing investment policies and procedures 2. Conducting market and industry research and outreach to identify investment opportunities 3. Evaluating and conducting due diligence of investment opportunities; 4. Overseeing the active management of portfolio companies - including on-going monitoring of portfolio companies, preparing periodic reports covering operational, financial, and impact performance, and development and implementation of strategic initiatives (including follow-on debt and equity raises); 5. Communicating investment performance and strategies to stakeholders 6. Building and managing relationships with portfolio companies, stakeholders, and other partners 7. Mentoring and leading a small team of portfolio managers and investment professionals 8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.


Location: Preference will be given to candidates who are or can be based in Singapore. Candidates based in the key markets

Advanced Degree - MBA and/or masters in related field preferred \xef\x82\xb7 At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of investment experience o Those with at least 5 years of experience in fund management will be preferred \xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of - and passion for - the field of impact investing; \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrable track record in interacting directly and independently with the founders and senior management of potential investees and other stakeholders; \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues from various cultural backgrounds; and great team player; \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to act independently and exercise sound judgment; \xef\x82\xb7 Strong financial, accounting and Excel skills, experience building financial models; \xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment; \xef\x82\xb7 Have worked or studied overseas will be an advantage.
