• Supports the development of Regional Consumer Cash Equity Product strategy including the formulation of digital strategies and platform transformation
• Work closely with country Cash Equity Product Managers and various stakeholders to gather business requirements with
• a strong knowledge of equity trading OMS platform with experience in equity product life cycle, order management flow and stock exchanges order types & regulatory framework including end to end process flow such as brokers connectivity, order routing, risk control framework etc i.e. knowledge of equity ecosystem and
• a keen understanding and full awareness of in-country regulatory framework, rules of engagement in the offering of cash equity product and be able to collaborate with regional teams across Wealth and Vickers Group
• As a Product Owner cum BA, drives workshop discussion with SMEs, conducts detailed functional gap analysis and translates these into user stories. Be familiar with agile methodology, rituals and managing of backlogs and conducting UAT testing
• Leads and motivates the squad with strong leadership skills
• Able to run projects independently

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Cash Equity product management in retail banking or brokerage environment
• Experience in Project Management, preferably in Retail Banking and/or Wealth Management areas
• Knowledge of financial markets and products preferred. Experience in leading industry projects or other OMS related projects will be an added advantage
• Team player with good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, including having a pleasant and calm composure
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong understanding of business sustainability
• Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel & Projects
• Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in business, finance, economics or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
