Coordinate with users from requirements elicitation phase to UAT and change implementations Be the application point of contact and coordinator for any organisation wide Programs, initiatives, DR drills and Industry testing Monitor Service Levels, maintain operating manuals and procedures, identify trouble areas and take proactive measures to avoid incidents Act with urgency towards any incident and minimise negative impact. Identify Root causes and take preventive measures Perform any scheduled and standard maintenance during non-operating hours which may include week ends Perform BAU Production Support Provide timely information and artifacts during Audit Contribute to Industry driven projects The Successful Applicant Atleast 7 years of IT industry experience supporting SWIFT applications (SAA, SAG, SNL, AWP) . Familiar with SWIFT Net, FIN messages and SWIFT/MEPS payment flow Manage Software re leases, projects, enhancements, security patches, industry testing and follow Secured Software Development Life cycle Good knowledge of network, VPN box, HSM, PKI Cert, SWIFT Products, Components and ISO20022 migration from MT to MX Should be able to coordinate with internal support, IT security, Infra stakeholders, compliance, Quality group, user groups, interfacing applications, vendor teams to ensure timely project deliverables, environments stability, security and service availability during operating hours What's on Offer On offer is a key role where you will work in the IT team to deliver leading edge technology to enable digital capabilities of the company.
