Responsibilities :
- Monitors and maintains the company\'s Office 365 email system.
- Carry out quality checks on performance and audit of email system and (provides discrepancy reports where necessary).
- Troubleshoots and resolves users\' problems with and related to email systems.
- Constantly seeking improvements to secure the user environment and devices.
- Recommend policies and documents related to the acceptable use and standards of the system.
- Prepares training materials or delivers training on acceptable use of the system.
- Recommends backup and message retention.
- Install and configure anti-virus software.
- Updating anti-virus software patches and monitor for suspicious activities in the network.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in monitors and maintains the office 365 email system.
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in IT and cyber security.
