Job Requirements
Minimum Education:
Full-time
Diploma
orBachelor's Degree
in Computer Science, Networking, Information Security, or a related fieldAWS Certified Practitioner (or higher)
is mandatoryCCNA certification
is mandatoryRequired Experience & Skills:
Hands-on experience with
Palo Alto Firewall
andVPN (GlobalProtect)
configuration Familiarity withAWS networking services
(e.g., VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.) Basic understanding ofITIL processes
(Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem Management) Basic experience working withcloud platforms
(AWS preferred) Strongteam collaboration

, andcommunication

Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Additional certifications in
Networking or Cloud
(e.g., PCNSA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) Experience withendpoint protection tools
