• Loyang (Company Transport Provided)

ResponsibilitiesOn System - Assist the Project Manager/Business Analyst:

• Assist the project team through a successful ER report/upgrade/enhancement/implementation/maintenance.
• Ensure smooth implementation of the project and post-project environment.
• Create and maintain user access for existing ERP system.
• Conduct user training.
• Maintain the database.
• Create reports from existing ERP and save search.
• Assist to review and consistently improve on the workflow.
• Work with Business Unit leaders to understand the workflow/processes for existing ERP Project.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• To endorse on UAT (User Acceptance Test) forms approved by Head of Division/Department/Management related to implementation and enhancements of ERP.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/IT, with at least 2 years related working experience.
• Experience in managing IT application projects and implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into workable business solutions, will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in one or more of the following applications: NetSuite (Desire), SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite.
